We went to Lulworth Castle today, to join in the pirate fun. It was so windy one of the piratey tents got blown away, revealing the hidden booty and blowing their cover. The girls were in their element: running after tax-evading smugglers being hunted down by revenue men (could do with a few of those in the commons), face painting, pirate hat and eye patch crafts, and making treasure maps. Bit pricey to get in but fun for the kiddies.
