We went to the park with our friend, Sophie, and her daughter, with our kids, this afternoon. The park at King George's playing fields has a brilliant selection of climbing frames, swings, and all manner of things to keep kids happy for hours.
But the adults amongst our group couldn't resist joining in, too. This see-saw is fantastic: it spins around, whilst dipping down. It allows the rider to bounce their feet off the ground and gain height again, forcing the other person down. It's such good fun, the kids were begging us to get off so that they could have a go!
Next time you're at a park, have a go, yourself, and indulge your inner child!
