We went to Poole, today. It's been beautiful, and although it's been cold, the sun has been able to cut through the cold and provide some comfort on my face. I love to take a long, deep breath, so that I feel energised. Today I did just that, and it felt wonderful.
We went to Poole Park, this afternoon. There were a few windsurfers out on the water, engaged in a lesson, and looking as though they were doing well. The Canada geese were milling about amongst the opportunistic seagulls, and there was the sound of happy little voices coming from the swings.
What a beautiful day!
