My daughter tried out Rainbows, today. She loved it, and will be going back. I dropped her off, went home to try to find something to make for dinner, and then headed out to pick her up, again. I really try to provide a range of colour in our meals, and we nickname our healthy food as rainbow food, in the hope that it will sound intriguing enough to eat it. On the whole, this tact generally works, even if it's to eat a pre-agreed number of dinosaur mouthfuls.
This one pot wonder is a mix of salmon (responsibly sourced), carrot and coriander soup, passata, oregano, parsely, tomatoes and sugar snap peas. Tasted good with some Tabasco dotted over it.
